Craft Bar Happy Weekend is the
inaugural event inspired by the Columbia Museum of Art’s monthly
program, Craft Bar Happy Hour. Craft Bar Happy Weekend is a public market
that brings together artists and their handmade goods from across the
Southeast. You'll enjoy quality crafts, local food, DJs and the opportunity to
make friends and connections with the artists themselves. The Museum’s team
will offer workshops, demonstrations and activities that adults, and even the
littlest crafters, can enjoy.

All crafters and artisans are encouraged to submit their work for
consideration.

Friday night June 1, kick off Craft Bar Happy Weekend from 6 to 9
pm. This is a ticketed event that includes DJs, complimentary food and drink,
and features a relaxed, unstructured crafting and shopping atmosphere. This
event gives audience members a first look at the crafts on display for the
weekend. Audience members are encouraged to dust off a project to work on or
pick one up that night. Enjoy the best of crafter camaraderie as you make and
create at the CMA! Tickets are $8/ $12 for non members and $5 for children
under 10. Tickets go on sale the month prior to the event. 

On Saturday June 2 from 10AM- 2PM enjoy the best handmade goods,
quality crafts, local food, DJs and the opportunity to make friends and
connections with the artists themselves at an all day craft market! The
Museum’s team will offer workshops, demonstrations and activities that adults,
and even the littlest crafters, can enjoy. Admission is free and open to the
public.

Craft Bar Happy Weekend is held indoors at the Columbia Museum of
Art in downtown Columbia, South Carolina. The museum is located at 1515 Main
Street, on the corner of Main and Hampton.
